Our Mission
At iReach, we are on a mission to bring positive change in our community by empowering youth to grow and develop through various community service programs.
We believe that by building responsibility, confidence, leadership, and communication skills, our volunteers can make a lasting impact and make a real difference in the world.

What We Do
We are a student-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides free peer-to-peer tutoring and camps for youth with ages of 6-17. Our programs cover diverse topics, including academics, arts, and sports.
In addition to education, we also offer a variety a of community service opportunities. These include Adopt-A-Park, art performances at senior homes, volunteering and fundraising for the Southwest Autism Research & Resources Center (SARRC), supporting Ironman Arizona, and much more.
Our model is designed to be sustainable and beneficial for both the community and our volunteers. We create flexible opportunities for our volunteers to plan their own service projects, such as hosting extracurricular clubs, running arts and sports minicamps, and collaborating with other nonprofits. By doing so, we provide value to the community while also fostering personal growth and development for our volunteers.
At iReach, we aim to promote youth development with essential life skills to succeed beyond academics. We strive to make tutoring, extracurricular education, and volunteering accessible for everyone, empowering all to make a positive impact on the world.
